Upon diagnosis of decay, you have several filling material options to restore your tooth. We place amalgam fillings (silver colored) most often in posterior/back teeth due to their ability to support larger biting forces.

If you have lost a tooth due to decay, fracture, periodontal disease or an accident, it can be replaced with an implant. The implant is placed in the bone by an oral surgeon or periodontist.
